This Policy describes how we process the personal data of people who use our sports prediction website and/or app (the "Users"). We process information in accordance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and complementary regulations issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
By registering, using our services, or accepting this Policy, you provide your consent to the processing described herein where consent is required.
Identification and contact: first and last name, email, phone number, company, country.
Account and service usage: username, password (stored using hashing techniques), preferences, predictions, selected leagues/competitions, gameplay history, ranking metrics.
Technical/telemetry data: IP address, device identifiers and cookies, browser type/version, pages visited, access times, logs, and error/security events.
Commercial and billing data: subscribed plan, payment methods and receipts (we do not store full card details; they are processed through certified payment gateways).
Support and communications: tickets, messages, surveys, and responses.
We do not request sensitive data (health, religion, etc.) and we ask that you do not send it.
Service delivery: account creation, authentication, prediction management, ranking generation, operational notifications, and customer support.
Improvement and security: usage analytics, troubleshooting, fraud/abuse prevention, quality control, and generation of aggregated statistics.
Marketing communications: sending news and promotions only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Legal and contractual compliance: invoicing, collections management, responding to requests from authorities, and preserving evidence.
Legal bases: performance of a contract, consent, legitimate interests, and/or compliance with legal obligations, as applicable.
We retain your information while your account is active and thereafter for the periods necessary to comply with legal obligations or defend rights (e.g., up to 10 years for accounting documentation). Once those periods expire, we securely delete or anonymize the information.
We may share data with vendors acting as data processors (hosting, messaging, analytics, customer support, payment providers, security). These third parties process information under our instructions and with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data.
Your data may be hosted or processed outside Argentina. In such cases, we implement appropriate safeguards (contractual clauses and compliance assessments) to ensure an equivalent level of protection.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: TLS encryption, access controls, backups, event logging, password hashing, and periodic reviews. However, no system is infallible; if we detect an incident affecting your data, we will follow applicable notification procedures.
We use first- and third-party cookies to remember your session, improve your experience, measure audience, and, if you accept, deliver content and campaigns.
Blocking certain cookies may affect functionality.

Our website/app may include links to third-party sites. We do not control their practices or privacy policies; we recommend reviewing them before providing any data.
You may exercise the following rights at any time: access, rectification/update, deletion, objection, portability (where applicable), and withdrawal of consent.

AAIP notice: The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is proven pursuant to Section 14(3) of Law 25,326. The AGENCY FOR ACCESS TO PUBLIC INFORMATION is the supervisory authority for Law 25,326 and is empowered to receive complaints and claims related to breaches of personal data protection regulations.
The service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. If we detect registrations without valid authorization, we will delete the account.
We may update this Policy to reflect regulatory changes or changes to our services. We will publish the current version with its update date and, where appropriate, notify you through reasonable channels. Continued use of the website/app implies acceptance of the changes.
