If the User chooses to place bets or engage in similar activities with third parties outside the Platform, they do so at their sole responsibility and subject to applicable law. The Owner is not a party to, and is not responsible for, such relationships.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina, without prejudice to the application of mandatory public policy or consumer rules of any other jurisdiction that may apply.
Any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of these Terms shall be submitted to the ordinary courts seated in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with the parties waiving any other venue or jurisdiction that may apply, except where consumer protection laws provide a more favorable forum for the User.
